Core Values Exercise

Your core values are the fundamental beliefs that you hold dear. Living up to your core values or ideals brings a sense of worth and self-esteem, and if we don’t, we feel shame, regret or lack of fulfilment.

The key is to identify the core values that are your guiding priorities, the ideals that are most important to you and which you most passionately believe in.

From the list below, choose three values that are most important to you. Be honest. Choose values that inspire your true self and feel free to add to the list.

Tip: You may want the work through the list and chose more than three values, but go back and narrow your list down to only three.

Now, write down your top three values in order of most to least important.
