The Power of Vulnerability was not the end of my journey with Brené Brown. A good friend shared that Daring Greatly is one of her favourite books of all time.

Already in love with Brené Brown’s writing, I could not wait for my December break to read her new book.

In this book, Brené encourages us to dare greatly: to embrace our vulnerability, our inadequacies and our flaws, to live passionately, and courageously and wholly occupy our lives.

Learning from Daring Greatly

This book made so much sense to me! We need to embrace our lives bravely and be all that we are meant to be. It takes courage to try something new, to choose a new path, but it is better to try and embrace the experience wholeheartedly than to walk away in fear and miss out on what could have been a great life adventure.

Dr. Brown argues that vulnerability is not weakness, but rather our clearest path to courage, engagement, and meaningful connection.
